Those needs are the invisible energy floating around, and there are too many different energy interact with each other. So the current universe is not developed enough to deal with it it. Some people want to have a revolution because human civilization will come to an end if there's no progress.
According to the professionals, the clue of dealing with the chaos was mentioned in the archive of the past. They all point to something hidden from the information pool. But there's not enough time to do the research, and it's too late when people aware of it. The universe explodes again and generated varied monsters and space trash everywhere.
